REACH

A & M Group recognises that REACH regulation (EC 1907/2006) is a significant development in the protection of people and of the environment from the effects of chemicals.

We accept that it is our responsibility to ensure that we conduct our businesses with full consciousness of any obligations pertaining to current and future global safety.  A & M Group is therefore committed to the aims of this new European law, and is complying with the legislative requirements and timetables set-out in the regulations.

In this respect, we have REACH pre-registered the relevant materials and where appropriate will fully register them by the applicable dead-lines.

We shall continue to work closely with ECHA, competent authorities, and also along our supply chains to ensure that all the necessary information is being comunicated in a timely manner and flowing in both directions.
